Peer Mentorship
For Parents & Families
We believe development doesn't stop at the end of the school day. Graphics Campus NJROTC runs a peer mentorship structure that pairs cadets across grade levels — building relationships that actually move people forward.
A detailed breakdown of our peer mentorship structure is coming soon. Cadets are paired across grade levels to build meaningful relationships, foster leadership development, and ensure every cadet has someone invested in their growth.
Parent Involvement
Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay connected with the unit. If you have questions about your cadet's progress or want to get involved in unit events, reach out directly to the Administration department or SNSI Evan Dash.
